Log each dish separately and read the government's own nutrition figures

한국어

A Korean table is not one plate: rice, soup and side dishes each count on their own. Search 18,904 dishes and 298,826 packaged products by name, add what you ate, and see calories plus carbohydrate, protein, fat, sugars and sodium exactly as recorded in the Korean Food Nutrition Database of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

None of these numbers are our estimates. The figure the manufacturer declared is taken straight from the government database and multiplied by how much you ate.

We do not identify food from photos. Guessing calories from a picture is wrong too often, so we do not do it. You pick the food; a photo is only there to help you remember the meal.

Off by default. When on, entries stay inside this browser only and never reach a server. On a shared computer, leave it off; if you turned it on, press Erase now when you are done.

On-device history is off, so today's entries disappear when you close this window.
